The Motimac WT RRC1300 Surface/Calibration Sanding Machine from NichoMachines is a three-stage machine from the WT modular sander series, combining two roller sanding units with a segmented pad Chevron finishing station in one pass. The two roller units (240mm and 240mm) handle calibration and surface leveling, while the third unit — a smaller 170mm roller fitted with a segmented pad — finishes to a smoother, more contour-following result than roller sanding alone.

It’s built for solid wood plates, plywood, MDF, and primer sanding, with a floating structure that makes it straightforward to integrate into an existing line.
