Terms of Delivery
DAP your address 3-4 months from prepayment. Some machines may be in stock and can be delivered faster – please contact us to know more.
Payment Terms
- 30% by signed order confirmation.
- 60% before the machine leaves our stock
- 10% after signed installation protocol – 8 days net.
Nicholaisen reserves the right to the sold item until the full amount of the contract is paid.
Warranty*
36 months by 1 shift max 4.920 production hours, which ever come first. We provide warranty of 3 years or 4.920 hours of operation – no unexpected costs during the first 3 years of operation*
Service intervention
*In order to maintain high performance and warranty minimum every 1.640 hours or once each year of operation we will perform service maintenance on your machine. The intervention will be invoiced according to current service pricelist. Prices for wear parts are not included and will be invoiced separately.
General Conditions
For Nordic countries; Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland we use NLM 94. For Baltic countries; Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we use Orgalime SI 14.
We reserve the right that the images are for guidance only and we also reserve the right for price changes.
Further Information
By complex machinery our TPM module (task module) is installed. This measures production hours and sends the information to us, ensuring that we maintain the machine in due time.
You also have the possibility to use the digitalized maintenance plan of the machine. This is not a demand, merely a help to remember daily/weekly/monthly maintenance routines to ensure high performance and stability in production.
