The Motimac MT1300 Segment Pad Sanding Machine from NichoMachines is a segmented pad sander built for high-gloss and veneer finishing on wood and composite panel surfaces. An electronically controlled segmented pad conforms to the shape of each board – flat, curved, or warped – for even, consistent sanding across the full surface, without the edge-piercing or bottom exposure common on traditional wide-belt sanders.
Combined with a herringbone Chevron sanding belt and a closed-loop positioning system, the MT delivers a mirror-flat, skin-feel finish suited to direct high-gloss spray coating, veneer polishing, and fine surface sanding – cutting down on manual repair and paint consumption in the process.
The range covers five configurations (MT TRHG1300, MT RHG1300, MT TEHG1300, MT EHG1300, MT TEG1300), all built on German pneumatic and electrical control components with an Italian detection and servo system, and all backed by a 3-year warranty.
