The Motimac WT TRHG1300 Segmented Pad Sanding Machine from NichoMachines pairs a cross-belt station with a roller station and a segmented pad Chevron station in a single pass. Where the RRHG1300 uses two roller stations for initial leveling, the TRHG1300 leads with a cross-belt unit — sanding across the grain to remove machining marks and correct thickness variation before the roller station calibrates the surface and the segmented pad Chevron station finishes to a fine, contour-following result. It’s the configuration suited to panels where cross-grain marks or uneven infeed thickness need correcting before finish sanding, rather than straight calibration-to-finish.
Built with a vacuum table and CE-standard construction, and rated for conveyor speeds up to 30 m/min — faster than the RRHG1300’s 26 m/min.
